李啟誠建築師輔大應美系畢業後於群組工程顧問、三能建裝擔任專案設計師，期間完成多項辦公室、商業空間、展覽空間與公共工程等經歷。
2002 年前往美國聖路易華盛頓大學建築系攻讀建築碩士，畢業後任職於三能建築師事務所擔任專案設計師與專案管理，期間參與完成多項公共工程包括萬里衛生所與汐止衛生所等；後轉任知名建築大師Antoine Predock
PC，並擔任當時台灣著名國際設計案 - 故宮南院之專案設計師與駐台代表人，任職期間亦參與加拿大人權博物館、西北大學傳播學院卡達分校建築設計規劃。
2011年前往北京之瑞士建築師事務所Spatial Practice Architecture Office
擔任專案建築師與專案經理，負責統籌台灣與香港業務，帶領來自西班牙、義大利、法國、印尼與美國建築師完成台灣照明高雄大樓與台灣照明台中展示館等建築設計作品。
2013年回台成立沃建築•WAO並與蔡東和結構技師合作參與高雄衛武營自行車橋國際競圖獲得首獎，並擔任設計總監，領導與整合國際團隊包括美國、比利時建築師與美國景觀設計公司，本案亦協助高雄市政府獲得2013年國家建設卓越獎最佳規劃設計類首獎與2013年中華建築金石獎優良公共建設類首獎。同時與印尼建築師合作參加美國西雅圖區域規劃概念國際競圖
Urban Intervention in Seattle Conceptual Competition ，從人的活動、都市變形與文化變遷的角度提出新的都市島嶼概念原型Urban Island Prototype
，除入選該協會優秀概念提案外，多家國際建築媒體如Archdaily等都有專頁報導。
沃建築•WAO建築師事務所，致力於思考從當地的角度，透過多元的操作模式，全新演譯人與環境對應於建築之時間性與空間性的相對關係。
Chi-Cheng Lee is a registered architect in Taiwan. He received his Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts from Fu-Jen Catholic University, Taiwan in 1997. After finishing his military service, he practiced as an interior designer and joined the interior design companies in Taiwan for 3 years and had completed handful projects in office, residential and shop designs. In 2002, he went to school of architecture, Washington University in St. Louis, US. During his study in Architecture, he joined the research programs in Barcelona and Tokyo, and deeply studied the theses of the urban and architectural developments in West and East through both avant-garde cities. After graduated, he had joined in different architectural design firms: Mitsuno Architect & Associates, Taipei, Antoine Predock Architect PC., Albuquerque/Taipei and Spatial-Practice/Architecture Office, Beijing/Hong Kong.Oversea practices in between East and West let him enter into the fields of architecture or interior design or landscape design or urban design or product design. He recognizes that the design has a very specific meaning “Design should be informative, responsive and poetic in relation to human behaviors and societal issues”. As an architect/designer/thinker, he moves toward the perspectives and paradigms which inspire him. He attempts to employ his best abilities to design and all its relevant issues.
